         The company has advanced production equipment and testing equipment more than 120 sets and has laboratory and spacious production workshop which was designed annual production capacity of 2.5 billion. At present , the annual output reach 1.5billion and the annual output value are 60 million Yuan.

      More than 200 varieties of carbon brush products are developed and produced by company and are used in electric motor parts of automobile（including New energy automobile）, small appliances, toys and small electric tools. In 2006 , 2009 , 2012 and 2016, the company registered trademark respectively gained the title of  “Hunan famous trademark”. The company market occupancy in the domestic market list of top three in the peer industry and the exports account for more than 85% of the whole sales with Germany’s Volkswagen, Toyota, America ford company to establish long-term cooperative relations and the product sales and service to the United state, Europe , southeast Asia and Hong Kong China , China Taiwan.
      As early as 1998, the company has passed the ISO9001:1994 quality system certification and passed the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification again in 2003. In 2006, the company began a comprehensive introduction of  ISO/TS16949:2000 quality management system, ISO14001 environment management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health management system, and passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification in 2011.
